Forgiveness

Agnese Piraino, Paolo Borsellino's wife, decided to forgive those who murdered her husband seventeen years ago. Seventeen years of silence to decide this noble position.

Forgivness is a deep decision to take and involves all the dimension of a human beeing's life: the time, the imagination, the faith... It's a statement that can divide the public opinion of an entire country and of a region as it is Sicily.

It seems as a matter of heroes that are not affected by retaliation, it seems as a deep respect for the possibility of conversion and changement which are hidden into a human soul.
